Cirse graduated from Franklin Delano Roodevelt getting a Bachellor Degree in Computers in 2009, and from The Leadership Center in 2018 with a Billingual Diploma in Business, Leadership and Community Development. In 2018. after finishing her studies at TLC, she had the opportunity to work at Casa de Luz ministry in Zambrano. Since 2019, she has worked in Honduras for Professor Ángela Busch as a Research Assistant of the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. In this position, she helped organize several conferences, seminars, and workshops in Honduras that are focused on capacity building of rehabilitation. Since April 2020, in response to the social-economic impacts of the COVID pandemic and Hurricanes Eta and Iota, Cirse has coordinated the Humanitarian Projects of the Network of Rehabilitation Workers of the Americas.
