Norbentina is the director of external operations at the Manos Chicas, Corazones Grandes, a foundation in Trujillo, Colón, Honduras which is dedicated to providing Special Education and rehabilitation services to children with different types of physical and neurological disabilities. Norbentina is an alumna of the Escuela Normal Mixta Matilde Córdoba de Suazo, Trujillo Colon (2008 – 2010), and of the Leadership Center Sambrano, Francisco Morazan (2014-2016). After she graduated as a teacher, her first job was as an assistant teacher in the area of Special education. She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources. She continues to have an interest in rehabilitation and has attended several seminars related to the subject.
